What Members receive.
- Eligibility
- Open to justice-impacted individuals broadly, including formerly incarcerated and records-impacted people. There is no cost to apply.
- Courses
- Members take the same five-course curriculum as Fellows — Financial Foundations, Career Ready, Digital Future, Build Your Own, and Tell Your Story.
- Certificates
- Members earn the same recognized certificates as Fellows upon completing each course, issued by the same instructors.
- Pricing & free access
- Core courses are available free of charge. Where a program has associated costs, Xonorate covers them through partner and sponsor support.
- Sliding-scale model
- For programs with a materials or certification fee, Members can request a sliding-scale rate based on their current financial situation — no documentation shaming, no barriers.
- Membership process
- The Membership application takes about 10 minutes and covers basic information, program interests, and goals. Most Members can start their first course within days.
